StateBoard

Status reports built on the screens stakeholders actually see

Why it exists

Status reports kept describing the product in ticket language while stakeholders only ever saw screens. StateBoard flips it: the screenshot is the report. Draw boxes on the UI, tag what is real and what is mock, and share one link.

About this project

StateBoard reports product status around the UI itself, not the ticket backlog. Upload a screenshot, draw boxes over regions, and tag each one Shipped, Mock, or Missing. Share a single read-only link and stakeholders see exactly what is real and what is still a placeholder, no status doc required.

Features

  • Tag screen regions as Shipped, Mock or Missing

  • One read-only link for stakeholders

  • Role-based collaboration (owner, editor, viewer)

  • OIDC / Keycloak authentication

  • Self-hosted, Postgres-backed, airgap ready
